INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Trinity Hope explicitly asks when it needs information that identifies you individually ("Personal Information"). In general, you can visit our site without disclosing any personal information. We collect information that you provide us directly, including when you contact us using a “Contact Us” or “Request for Service” form on the site, send us an e-mail, or enter a search query on our site. For example, if you send us an e-mail, your email address and the contents of your message will be collected. This includes text characters and any audio, video, and graphic information formats included in the message.
You may be asked to provide your personal information, contact information, billing information and credit card information to the Services. When making a payment online or requesting support on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.

Trinity Hope is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of Trinity Hopes websites.

We use the information we collect and receive to provide and improve the Services and our other products, services, and offerings, as well as to provide you with information you request or respond to inquiries we receive from you or your company or organization. We also may use such information to analyze how users use the Services and related analysis, research, reporting, and troubleshooting and as we believe is necessary or appropriate to protect, enforce, or defend legal rights, privacy, safety or property, whether our own or that of our employees or agents or others, and to comply with applicable law.
Credit card information are used for processing of payments only and are not given to third parties except for the processing your payment.
SHARING OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
Trinity Hope secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user makes a payment, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All credit card transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
COOKIES and SESSIONS
Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

The Services are intended to be used by adults and corporate entities interested in Trinity Hope. They are not intended for children, and Trinity Hope does not knowingly collect or store personal information about children under the age of 13.
DO NOT TRACK SIGNAL
Some web browsers may transmit “do-not-track” signals to the websites with which the user communicates. We do not currently take action in response to those signals. If an industry standard on responding to such signals is established and accepted, we may reassess how to respond to those signals.
